Guys,

Been meaning to respond to your request for feedback to post on the web site. Just now getting around to doing it. So here it is , use it if you feel it fits for your web site. I am approaching my year anniversary of starting South County Adventure Boot Camp. I have always exercised off and on over the years. However it was exactly that "off and on". Boot camp is different . I can't imagine not continuing with it. I have never pushed my self so hard or experienced results like this before.I don't have the body type that easily builds muscle but I can honestly say I now see muscle definition happening in my body! The support, encouragement and enthusiasm from Ryan and Danielle is awesome. They always have their eye on you, helping to correct and encourage proper form, which is a key to getting the most from the exercises and avoiding injury. Their personal attention to each camper is part of what sets this program apart from so many other exercise programs. They never cease to amaze me with their energy. Camp is always different which keeps it really fun and interesting. The benefits from boot camp are not just physical. Being in the "sandwich generation" with kids not completely raised and the care of an elderly parent has led to significant stress in my life. Boot Camp gives me an hour to completely clear my mind and focus (well most of the time :) ) on the exercise at hand.

Ryan and Danielle, Just a quick note to thank you SO much for such an amazing experience with my first camp. I loved it!  It has been a while since I have found a fitness routine that I am passionate about and am motivated to keep doing and this is it!!  I am so proud of myself for waking up at 4:45am every morning and working hard for my health. You both do a great job … motivating, inspiring, positive, but also respectful and patient.  And FUN!  I am so glad to have found you! I’m already looking forward to the NEXT CAMP … I think I’m addicted!  Thank you, thank you for all you do and for helping me become fitter and healthier!

I feel fantastic and learned so many new exercises that I can take with me when I am not involved in the camp!   It was challenging, but fun! I loved every second of it!  I definitely felt challenged at each class, to the point where I didn’t know if I could keep going, but I did and for that I am proud of myself! ! Even with all the girls in the class I felt that both Ryan and Danielle were there to help, watch and assist with any of the exercises. It was great! You definitely didn’t lose the “personal” aspect of the class whatsoever. I also felt like I was able to push myself more and more each class which was a great feeling and truly inspiring!   I never felt like I had to do more than what I could for that day, there was no pressure; there was only encouragement to do better and better! The physical challenges that I went through along with the encouragement and motivation from the trainers and the girls in the class!  It was an all-around awesome experience!   Can’t wait to go back !

Boot Camp has changed my life!  Truly, you have no idea how much this program has done for me….thank you!  It is the hardest and most wonderful thing I have ever done for myself.

Thanks to both of you for all you do to make camp a fun, challenging workout. I know how much effort you put into planning our workouts and I want you to know it is greatly appreciated.  I also cannot thank you enough for your support, encouragement and caring.  You are an excellent team!

It was so nice to have 1 hour to myself where I could complete my workout without interruption.  I love to start my day with a challenging workout, it puts me in a great frame of mind.  I have gained a lot of strength in four weeks, have lost weight and have gained some of my core back.  That feels good.

This program definitely exceeded my expectations.  I was skeptical when I first started as I am a cardio girl, but the resistance/weight training has been fantastic for my endurance, strength and fitness level. I have been an athlete my whole life and have spent the last 8 years having kids which take a lot out of your body.  So I think I have a lot more inside me that is waiting to come out and I am looking forward to increasing my own personal fitness level.  You guys do a great job and make getting up at 5:00am enjoyable and well worth the effort.

What a tremendous experience. I love the change of routine, the self-challenges are the best for me given all my sports injuries. The camaraderie is a key component and of course the never ending motivation to move forward from Ryan and Danielle!  I love the fact that there are all women who are so supportive of each other. I really appreciated not being pushed beyond what I could do. I am well aware of my limitations and to actually be able to complete a full 4 weeks without injury was awesome.

I have spent years rehabbing my back and knee and this is 1st time I’ve been able to achieve a personal fitness goal in 10 years!  Now that speaks volumes to your professional fitness instruction. I came into each day with great strength and positive attitude. I sleep like a baby which I haven’t been able to do in about 10 years. I stopped having night sweats and my posture has markedly improved.

I am so impressed with South County Adventure Boot Camp as a whole. You all have the absolute right combination for huge success. I thoroughly enjoy watching your business skills and growth of product almost as much as the workout. I believe you are headed for great success. I can see it now: a new and exciting work out show, video, motivational speakers, corporate coaching, clothing line………the possibilities are endless! You go!

Just wanted to let you both know that I did see my new assessments and am feeling really good about the progress I am making!  I also wanted you and Danielle to know that my sister got married this weekend and I had so much fun DANCING ALL NIGHT.  I danced more than I did at my own wedding - and it's all because I have the energy to do so now!  I thought of you guys and how excited and grateful I am that I have finally found something that STICKS.  Thank you thank you!  There is a light at the end of the tunnel now - I know I still have a long way to go but feel it is at least possible.
